Choose System Architecture

Our team of experts will assess your needs and budget and decide on the architecture of the system.  This will either be a cloud based system such as Avigilon Alta or an on premise VMS system utilizing Wisenet Wave VMS. ​

Decide on new or existing cameras and hardware

Next we determine if we'll be utilizing existing cameras or replacing.  Most of the time server hardware will be new and provided by West KY Camera Co.  If capable server hardware or VM is available on site these can be evaluated for use.

Load Remote Access Software

Our team utilizes Splashtop to administer remote management and maintenance to all systems installed. We preinstall this software on all servers we provide. Using this method clients just need to get the server plugged into a network with internet access. We take over from there!

 If air-gapping and complete closed circuit systems are needed, we can work with your team to provide temporary secure access via a site to site VPN. 

Ship your new equipment to you

If using a direct to cloud solution such as Avigilon Alta we can drop ship equipment straight from the distributor. These systems do not need any  pre-configuring.

With a PC VMS system using Wisenet Wave, we will have everything preconfigured. Servers are then repackaged and shipped to the client's site(s) for installation

Your Labor our Ours?

Do you have an IT or electrical team on staff to do all the physical on site work? Great! We love providing solutions while saving our client money by leveraging a workforce already in place.  If installation services are needed we can either send techs to you or work with local contractors to get right pieces in the right places!

Configure cameras and servers remotely

• We will now make the final adjustments to the camera settings based on lighting and scene setup. 

• Add users to your VMS 

• Name cameras according to client naming schematics

• Remotely Install Client software if using Wisenet Wave

  • Avigilon Alta​ is completely browser based without a thick client​

• Configure rules and notifications​

This one is for you!  Your system is now ready to use.  Both of our VMS offerings were particularly chose for their ease of use.  Alta Aware VMS and Wisenet Wave VMS are a dream to use compared to legacy NVR systems. We think you will whole-heartedly agree.
