About West KY Camera Co LLC

West KY Camera Co was founded in 2020. Company founder, Calvin Wientjes, has over 12 years experience with IP video security systems. In 2020, he decided to take it from small friends and family jobs to a full service company.  Since then we've installed over 500 cameras across more than 50 sites, and growing everyday.  We are passionate about designing video surveillance systems beyond the standard box camera/NVR kits.  We select all components of a system with a specific purpose in mind. There are no one size fit all systems!

Historically the video surveillance industry hasn’t always kept up with tech industry trends. Systems installed by some of our competitors are often years outdated before they are even commissioned. Customers often don't know any different!  At West KY Camera Co we make sure your equipment and software are providing a future focused value to your company and not just checking the box of video security. We leverage both cloud management and storage coupled with on-premise devices where needed.  We are constantly researching and testing the latest trends in video security and love doing it!  We refuse to install dated assets into a business infrastructure.  When you hire us you can be sure you're being presented options for the most modern equipment this industry has to offer!
